Bindu Ajit has been heading Biocon Academy since the beginning. She is the person who guides the entire team and keeps them motivated. She uses her learning expertise to produce the best processes to manage end-to-end operations of the Academy.

Salavadi Easwaran

Associate Vice President - Academics

He is often referred to as a walking, talking biotechnology encyclopedia. He is involved in identifying training needs, developing curricula, liaising with stakeholders, and monitoring the performance of students across courses. He has been a part of Biocon Academy since its inception.

Dr Ramgopal Rao S

Associate Director

Dr Ramgopal Rao S holds a doctoral degree in Plant Biotechnology. At Biocon Academy, he closely monitors program content delivery, evaluates student learning, and is a preferred go-to person for most students.

Nidhiya Parapurath

Senior Operational Generalist

She has been a part of Biocon Academy for the past 9 years, growing with the organization and contributing to its success. She takes care of end-to-end operations, manages finance, and leads the admissions team to ensure a smooth experience for students. Known for her approachable nature and cheerful attitude, she is always ready to support colleagues and students alike with a smile.

Nabeel C T is a seasoned Corporate Communications Specialist with around 10 years of experience in strategic communications, media relations, brand messaging, content creation, crisis communication, event management, and social media management.

Susan Sneha Alexander

Senior Learning Specialist

Susan Alexander is a teacher at heart, passionate about nurturing minds and building confidence. A B.Tech Biotechnology graduate turned French educator, she has taught IB and Cambridge curricula in Dubai and Bangalore. At Biocon Academy, she brings her love for teaching to the Professional Skills Development module, helping students grow professionally and communicate with confidence.
